Our Founder
Dr. K.H. Richardson founded EnRich Sports Consulting to help youth and school sports succeed. As an athletic administrator and coach for over 15 years, Dr. Richardson has witnessed youth sports generate money but not always generate a return for those who invest time and care. The right leaders, policies, and structures must be in place to ensure the success of our community and school athletic programs.
